Our true purpose with the program is to help these students gain an esteemed position in society. After completing their education, these students become educators and administrators in Akal Academies or move abroad for service/education. Below are some highlights of the placement opportunities-

There are 129 schools run by Kalgidhar Trust and almost all the students get placed within these schools in the 4 states of North India.

Many students who choose to leave the schools get the opportunity to join different organization and many go abroad as well.

Details of allowances and salaries after successful completion of the courses as listed below-

B.Ed. / M.A. Music Ins.	10000	12000 to 18000
M.A. (Music) Vocal/Punjabi/ English	8000	10000 to 15000

* Salary increment will be provided from time to time based on performance.
Upon completion of the course, there will be a 3-year contract under which the student must work for the institution. During this time, the student can get married and if she wants, she can continue this job for life. She can be transferred to any of the 129 Akal Academies as required. The details of the terms are given in the agreement.

Note: The student will be entitled to Experience Certificate only after completing three years of service.
